Very recently, I went to an African restaurant for the first time ever. Expectations were high! 😎 Upon arrival, we were informed that there will be no cocktails tonight because the bartender did not come in.. Oh well. I rarely ever drink anyway. But I would have probably ordered 1 cocktail because it was a premiere.  🍹 In unrelated news -  I have a photo with The Rock!  I really like Jumanji 2 and 3. It was a dinner full of surprises, in hot temperatures because we are currently experiencing a heatwave in London and I don't think there was an AC. My main course was the Honey Glazed Salmon. It was delicious and the sauce had a full taste of a variety of herbs that is hard to describe and was definitely new to me. As the evening went on they started playing a Rnb and ...

I had a great dinner the other night - so great I thought I should share! Mostly, why Peruvian food is my favorite cuisine. To understand this, we have to go waaay back to my time in NYC. This is where I had Peruvian food for the first time. I used to live in the borough of Queens and there at Sunnyside to be precise, was one amazing, yet tiny Peruvian restaurant I still fondly remember. On my way home I often stopped by there to pick up dinner for 6$!!!! That included a quarter chicken, rice, fries (or chips as they say here) a salad and a delicious Peruvian dip. (or 2 because I asked for some extra) I often had long days and that was my reward.  So good!! 1 salsa, 2 salsas? All the salsas!!
