We LOVE our planet, nature and the wild but you may have already noticed that while browsing this blog. Somebody who also loves nature and obviously all things floral, is the artist behind this cool idea. His name is Nicolai Tolstyh and today is a good day to discover his work, for example on instagram . This self described journalist, bibliophile, art lover and natural craftsman is based in Russia. If you take a look at his fine and very detailed cutouts, and the final photo result, you can see he is taking the time to find the right match in the background, for the theme of each silhouette individually. All his captions are in Russian and we would be able to tell you more about this artist, if only we would have paid just a little more attention to Russian class back in the day. However. You know what? Since three days it is officially Spring! Trust me - I have googled it. :) To celebrate the occasion, we want to introduce you to an Instagram artist, who knows a thing or two about flowers. Bridget Beth Collins is a self proclaimed Botanical artist , painter, writer, nature lover and light seeker. Her creations will light up your day if you decide to follow her instagram account .  Based in Seattle, Bridget who has 3 little boys and is wife to a coder husband, describes her project Flora Forageras as 'a product of my love affair with glittering nature, and my own artistic skills honed over the years. Creation and Creator combined.' If you just can not get enough of these stunning florals, there is the option of buying an original from the artist on her website . Inspirational! Ah.. a nice plant makes every room better! Just because we live in London - or wherever you happen to live :) - it does not mean we have to live without any exotic looking botanic. British Designer Anna Dempsey or 'The Urban Botanist' wants to improve your home! The decorator & painter trained at The Victoria and Albert Museum and spent seven years in Rome.  Once she returned to the UK, she worked for two decades as a Garden Designer of Historic Houses. Another one of her skills is silk painting. She has now made home decor her main business and on her website you will not only find these decorative plants but also floral prints, curtains, cushions and lampshades. Well, a dress illustration or scribble rather. Talented Singapore based artist Grace Ciao , combines flower petals with her passion, for fashion drawings. The textures and colors of the flowers give life to her work. Hm, creating art with petals ? We think we can spot a trend here. Remember the flower faces ? Even though, she is currently a business school student, we think it is clear to see that all arrows are pointing towards FASHION or creation of some sort. How about making dresses?
