                                                   Hello everyone,  First of all, I would like to say that I am deeply saddened by the recent events at the Magdeburg Christmas market in my home state of Sachsen-Anhalt. In these dark times, a Christmas market is usually one of the few places for peaceful and cozy gatherings with family and friends. So many times I have spoken so highly of the Christmas markets in Germany to those who asked me about my home country. If you have ever been, you know it is a special atmosphere. Less commercial and more about a sense of real life community and togetherness, especially in the smaller towns. Sadly, some even want to take this from us. Well I work, I see London, I eat international food and listen to lawyer podcasts on youtube. Rest assured, that besides that I have absolutely nothing going on. :) After the last 2 years I think every little thing we are able to do is a lot and even though I am now back in this hectic city, I like to enjoy the small moments in between the chaos. In nature for example! Turns out London has quite a lot of palmtrees. They are my favorite. 🌴🌴🌴 When I see one, I can never quite tell if I am in London or actually on vacation in Spain! I remember when I went to Spain when I was 16. The beach, the humidity! But in London we have a heatwave now too. I also like them a lot because in Germany we don't have them. Hey there my dear readers! Thank you for coming back to my Blog. You are amaaazing and always welcome here! So I've quit updating my instagram at the end of 2018 and what can I say, much less brain fog. Much less distraction. I've also deleted the app because my phone is full to the top, so my Blog is really the only source of updates you can get about this creative world traveler, Editor-in-Chief, Singer/Songwriter. 💁‍♀️ There are 2 new things I am doing but I have been told by an expert, to focus on one thing at a time to not be all over the place. Hello my dear readers! Many things have happened recently and everything went pretty fast so I am going to update you a little. Last month I went to Berlin to see what's up and also, to visit my former workplace NBC Universal . Or I should probably say, the place where they used to be located, right next to the Brandenburg Gate, one of the major tourist attractions. The Starbucks on the corner is still there!  As an attentive reader, you probably know by now, that I used to live and work in many different countries. USA, England and Canada. So much so, that people sometimes tend to question my nationality. Just to clear that up - I am German. When you go back a few generations there is bit of Czech Republic in our family tree too.
