I Break The News

Yesterday was Groundhog Day in Pennsylvania and Punxsutawney Phil , as pictured above, predicted 6 more weeks of winter weather! How come? His shadow was visible and that means: more winter. Traditionally, this is a popular event and a tourist magnet. (PS. check out Phils "W.T.F." facial expression..)  Scientifically, the result of this yearly ritual can not really be counted on, or replace the traditional weather forecast, as the National Climatic Data Center had to point out. For the first time in 112 years snow fell down on Egypt . When the news broke, of course the internet was running wild with photoshop altered images of Egyptian sights under the snow carpet .
