Over the years, this space has grown in a very natural way.
What started as a personal project, some thoughts, observations and creative work shared freely, has slowly evolved into something more intentional. The topics have become deeper, the research more extensive and the time behind certain pieces… significantly longer.
Some of you have been here for a while. Others found this blog more recently. Either way, I have always tried to keep this space open, thoughtful and independent.
That part isn’t changing.
What is changing slightly is how I will be sharing some of the longer, more in-depth work going forward.
Introducing: Deep Dive Assessments
From time to time, I work on topics that require a much deeper level of research, structure and reflection than a regular post allows.
Instead of publishing all of these pieces publicly, I will be making some of them available as Deep Dive Assessments in PDF format through the store.

They are created with the same intention as everything else here - just with more depth and a different format.
Why this change?
There are a few reasons.
First, it allows me to spend the necessary time on complex topics without turning this into a content machine or forcing a schedule that doesn’t fit how I work.
Second, it helps support the blog in a simple, direct way - without ads, subscriptions or pressure to constantly publish.
And third, it gives me a bit more flexibility in how and when certain pieces are shared.
What stays the same
Think of it more as an additional layer, not a replacement.
