>> Introducing Designer Felieke van der Leest: Jewellery Like You Have Never Seen It!

Image
Felieke van der Leest is a jewellery designer with an obviously wild imagination. From penguins dressed up as sharks to a pitbull that is openly against violence, her collection is really something. In a statement she shares that 'the scale or function is not the aspect that inspires her: the telling of unusual stories is always the main motivation.' The Dutch designer studied at the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam and likes to pair jewellery design with the introduction of textile techniques. Her creations are definitely inspiring! If you live in the UK, you can see her jewellery at an exhibition at Not Too Precious , Ruthin Craft Centre in Denbighshire between 11.07.2015 and 20.09.2015.
