>> π Happy Birthday, IBreakTheNews.com! π 14 Years of Groundbreaking Journalism π Hit Songs, Thoughts and Uplifting Content✨ π¨ π₯³
Hello everybody,
Welcome back to your favorite blog about no-expenses-spared birthday festivities!
I created this blog in 2012, when I had just recently started studying Journalism in London.
It was a time filled with a lot of uncertainty.
All I knew, was that I wanted to create my own little corner on the chaotic internet.
A place for self-expression, observations and calm.
Editor-in-Chief: 'No social media for me.'
Ironically, I barely ever read mainstream news.
I am not interested in mass media programming, in hearing or reading, on an hourly basis,
a summary of all the worst things that have happened in the world in the last 24 hours.
Fear-mongering and depression-inducing, supposedly rendering you unable to take any type of action.
Ignorance can be bliss. πΈ
There are good things in the world too, you know. We like to cover a bit of both.
Consistency pays off because, by now, we have a few thousand monthly visitors.
It's great to have a solid international readership that is appreciative of what we post.
I am often as surprised by our content as the readers are. You just never know. π
This is an outlet for my thoughts, a collection of experiences and a space for unfiltered opinion. This blog, is my place for self-expression, in articles, music or otherwise.
Readership grew over the years and some readers frequently return - thank you.
Our goal is to stay grounded, real, informed and focused. To add something good!
Now here we are, 14 years of ups and downs, different countries, different jobs, many obstacles, friends, haters, life lessons
and so many moves, I lost track, later.
π©πΌπ» I am just being inclusive. ππΌ Thank you for coming along on this journey. π
π I hope this blog provided and continues to provide, inspiration and food for thought. π§
